Thanksgiving Meal

The Wilson's came over from Beaver Falls for Thanksgiving dinner. The mean was great and a fun time was had by all although several people in both of our families are dragging with various forms of illness.

Graham's 6th Birthday

Graham's presents and birthday apple pie!I'm not sure how the reflection of 6 candles got on his forehead but it makes for an interesting shot.

New Cabinets in the Kitchen

The new cabinets have been put up but the trim and tile work has not been completed. The guy doing the cabinets did a great job of matching the color and look of the bottom cabinets in the new upper ones. He should be able to finish up the cabinet work and install the new sink and faucet in the next week.

Saturday Night Fight Club

The boys are ready for some fighting. You can see how much "thicker" Graham is than the others in this picture. Elijah really enjoys being part of the action now.

Anna's Candy Brain

This is Anna's candy brain. She had to do a brain project for her science class and she chose to make a brain out of candy. She arranged these candies on a sugar cookie in the shape of the brain and stuck the candies in a layer of new icing. The labels are the parts of the brain. This is her project wrapped in cellophane and ready to go to school.

Lots and Lots of Leaves

Today was one of two curb-side leaf pick up days in our neighborhood. For the past week the kids have been raking leaves and putting them into bags to earn money. On Saturday we dragged all the bags to the curb and poured them out in these big piles. Most of the leaves have fallen off our big trees but we will have a few more for the next pick up in three weeks.
